企业从诞生起,只要不废业、不破产,都将作为一个组织体存在下去,而人的寿命却有限,因而企业需要更新换代,推陈出新。对于大企业来说,企业的经营者可能是几年一换,而私营企业的经营者与大企业相比,则要长的多,有的多达几十年。并且大企业的内部有一套选拔制度,经营者都是经过长期竞争选拔上来的,正是因为是经过选拔,也就比较熟悉企业的全部情况。相反,私营企业的人才本身就有限,接班人的选拔往往会影响到企业的经营存续问题,是一个极为重要的问题。

For large enterprises, the managers of enterprises may change in a few years, while the managers of private enterprises will be much longer than those of large enterprises, some of them up to several decades. On the contrary, the talents of private enterprises themselves are limited. The successor selection often affects the business survival of enterprises. This is an extremely important issue.
