一、《工会法》强化了工会女职工组织建设的法律保障修改后的《工会法》不仅为工会组织建设提供了强有力的法律保障,同时也为工会女职工组织建设提供了法律依据。如:修改后的《工会法》第十条明确规定:“女职工人数较多的,可以建立工会女职工委员会,在同级工会领导下开展工作;女职工人数较少的,可以在工会委员会中设女职工委员。”这体现了《工会法》与时俱进的时代特色。
