近10多年,消化性溃疡的发病率虽呈下降趋势,但老年人消化性溃疡却不见减少,溃疡并发症特别是上消化道出血甚至有所增多,老年溃疡病并发上消化道出血的诊断及临床处理较为复杂。本文回顾我院12年诊治老年溃疡并发上消化道出血的资料,结合同期非老年溃疡出血的病例分析,探讨老年患者的临床及内镜特点,以提高诊治水准。材料与方法本组78例老年消化性溃疡并发上消化道出血,来自我院内外科1981～1992年住院患者,男性76
