在GH33合金表面采用EB-PVD法沉积了ZrO2+(6~8)%Y2O3热障涂层并用强流脉冲电子束对该涂层进行辐照熔化处理。电子扫描和衍射显微镜以及X射线结构分析表明:脉冲电子束对涂层表面进行熔化处理后,在表面形成了厚3~5μm的镜面表面层(晶粒尺寸为2~4μm,分区域亚晶粒尺寸约为20~40nm),并逐渐过渡到母材结构中。涂层表面的镜面效果无疑会对改善叶片类零件的气动性能起到有利的作用。
A ZrO2 + (6 ~ 8)% Y2O3 thermal barrier coating was deposited on the surface of GH33 alloy by EB-PVD method. The coating was irradiated by intense pulsed electron beam. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis show that the surface of the coating is fused with pulsed electron beam to form a mirror surface layer with a thickness of 3 ~ 5μm (grain size of 2 ~ 4μm, Size is about 20 ~ 40nm), and gradually transition to the base metal structure. The mirror surface effect of the coating surface will undoubtedly improve the aerodynamic performance of blade parts play a role.
