由于看到在实验性矽肺大鼠的肺中磷脂有量和质的改变,本文报告鼠在吸入石英粉尘后不同期中肺中各种磷脂的变化。将体重180～200克的雌性大鼠分为下列三组:一,对照组:气管注入0.5毫升0.9%NaCl溶液,共60只大鼠。
Due to the amount and qualitative changes of phospholipid found in the lungs of experimental silicosis rats, this paper reports the changes of various phospholipids in the lungs at different stages after inhalation of quartz dust. The body weight of 180 to 200 grams of female rats are divided into the following three groups: A control group: 0.5 ml of 0.9% NaCl solution into the trachea, a total of 60 rats.
