为编制中国参考人提供科学依据,收集了我国南北方地区成年人(20~60岁)486例的骨骼标本(男性409例女性77例)。经实测全身18类骨骼的干重量,引用国外已有的骨骼湿、干重比值,首次提出了我国成年人的骨骼总重量参考值,即男性8.0kg、女性5.4kg。此值不仅存在性别差异,也明显存在地区的差异。同时提出了我国成年人各类骨骼重量占骨总量的百分数和骨骼总重量占体重的百分数。由此,可根据个体实际体重直接推算骨骼总重量及各类骨骼的重量,具有实用价值。此外,根据ICRP参考人的骨骼源器官和靶器官的重量,又分别推得我国成年人的相应数值,这在辐射防护领域的骨剂量计算中具有重要的意义。
In order to provide a scientific basis for the preparation of Chinese reference people, we collected 486 cases of skeletal specimens (409 males and 77 females) from adults in our country (20-60 years old). Based on the measured dry weight of the 18 types of bones in the whole body, the reference value of the existing skeletal wet weight and dry weight in foreign countries was put forward for the first time. The reference value of the total skeletal weight of our country adults was 8.0kg for men and 5.4kg for women. This value is not only a gender difference, but also obviously there are regional differences. At the same time, we put forward the percentage of the total bone weight and the total weight of bone in our country as a percentage of body weight. Thus, according to the actual body weight directly calculate the total weight of bone and all kinds of bone weight, has practical value. In addition, according to the weight of the bone source organ and the target organ of the ICRP reference person, the corresponding numerical values of adults in our country are separately deduced, which is of great significance in the calculation of the bone dose in the field of radiation protection.
