使用自行设计的二元热源系统简易增温装置,在田间自然条件下进行了杂交水稻高温结实能力鉴定技术研究。结果显示,该增温装置能使试验池局部温度提高到42℃以上,达到试验对高温的要求,并能形成行间温度梯度和相应的行间结实率梯度,依据增温装置高温处理后各品种的平均结实率和行间结实率降幅,以对照品种为参照,可以对试验品种的高温结实能力作出综合评价。
Using self-designed dual-element heat source system simple temperature-rising device, under the natural conditions of field hybrid rice high temperature solidification ability identification technology research. The results show that the temperature increase device can increase the local temperature of the test cell to above 42 ℃, meet the test requirements of high temperature, and can form inter-row temperature gradient and corresponding inter-row seed set rate gradient. The average seed-setting rate and the decline rate of inter-row seed setting rate were compared with those of the control breeds, and comprehensive evaluation of the high-temperature seed-setting ability of the tested breeds could be made.
