以内蒙古荒漠草原为对象,通过研究增温、施氮、增温+施氮、对照(CK)四个处理对土壤三种酶活性的影响表明:三种酶活性均随着土壤深度的增加而逐渐降低,0-10cm>0-20cm>20-30cm(p<0.05).增温处理与对照相比能明显提高土壤脲酶活性(p<0.05),对过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性的影响不明显;施氮处理与对照相比能提高脲酶和蔗糖酶活性,对过氧化氢活性的影响不明显(p<0.05);增温+施氮处理与对照相比提高了脲酶酶活性,对蔗糖酶和过氧化氢的影响不明显(p<0.05).
Taking the desert steppe in Inner Mongolia as an example, the effects of four treatments on the activity of three enzymes in soils were studied: warming, nitrogen application, warming + nitrogen application and CK treatment showed that the activities of the three enzymes increased with soil depth 0-10cm> 0-20cm> 20-30cm (p <0.05) .Compared with the control, the warming treatment significantly increased the activity of soil urease (p <0.05) and the activity of catalase and invertase (P <0.05). Compared with the control, nitrogenase increased the activity of urease and sucrase, but had no significant effect on the activity of hydrogen peroxide (p <0.05) The effect of invertase and hydrogen peroxide was insignificant (p <0.05).
