多发性骨髓瘤(MM)临床表现复杂多样,极易误诊,国内文献报道误诊率达51.1％,我院近10年来收治32例,其中先后在院内外误诊14例,误诊率43.8％。本文报告此14例患者的不典型表现,并分析其误诊原因及教训。
The clinical manifestations of multiple myeloma (MM) are complex and diverse, and are easily misdiagnosed. The misdiagnosis rate of 51.1% was reported in the domestic literature. 32 cases were treated in our hospital in the past 10 years. Among them, 14 were misdiagnosed in the hospital and 43.8% were misdiagnosed. This article reports the atypical manifestations of 14 patients and analyzes the causes and lessons of misdiagnosis.
