采用Williams鉴别系统对采集自湖北省长阳县的高山大白菜、甘蓝、萝卜根肿病菌进行生理小种鉴定,发现侵染湖北省长阳县高山十字花科蔬菜的根肿病菌致病力强,为4号生理小种。用此根肿病菌对44个大白菜品种和46个大白菜自交系进行苗期接种鉴定,筛选出4个抗病品种和14个抗病自交系。 The Williams germplasm identification system was used to identify P. rapae in alpine Chinese cabbage, cabbage and radish collected from Changyang County, Hubei Province. The results showed that the pathogenicity of P. coelici infected alpine cruciferous vegetables in Changyang County of Hubei Province was strong Physiological race 4. Forty-four Chinese cabbage varieties and 46 Chinese cabbage inbred lines were inoculated with this edema sclerotiorum to seed selection. Four resistant varieties and 14 resistant inbred lines were screened out.
