汽车的总成或零部件进行室内寿命试验时,其程序加载规范是根据汽车在室外道路试验所获得的载荷时间历程经数据处理而得来的。本文对这一数据处理过程中关键的环节——峰值概率分布问题进行了探讨。我们认为对汽车零部件道路载荷的峰值概率分布不应当简单地用正态分布来描述,而应当用混合分布或对数正态分布来描述。这后两种分布律与实际观测频数情况的吻合程度较正态分布要好得多。
Vehicle assembly or components for indoor life test, the program loading specification is based on the car in the outdoor road test obtained by the load time history obtained by data processing. In this paper, the key part of this data processing - peak probability distribution is discussed. We think the peak probability distribution of road load on automotive components should not be described simply by the normal distribution, but should be described by the mixture distribution or the log-normal distribution. The agreement between the latter two distribution laws and the actual observed frequency is much better than the normal distribution.
