冠心病是一种严重危害人民身体健康的中老年常见病,在美国每年约50万人死于此病。占人口死亡数的1/3～1/2,在我国也占死亡率首位,近十年来住院病人明显增多,而且是有增无减趋势。目前已值阳春三月,乍冷还寒,气温变化很大,冠心病人如果在此时不注意保养,就会老病复发。更值得注意的是,新的冠心病人往往在这时“诞生”。为此,记者专程采访了中华医学会心血管学会委员、《中华医学》诗志(英文版)编委、湖南省心血管病学会主任委员、湖南医科大学孙明教授。
