制备了L-蛋氨酸缩邻香草醛配体C13H16NO4SK,将其与Cu(Ⅱ)作用合成了一种新型的铜配位聚合物[CuL(H2O)2].[CuL(H2O)]3.4H2O}n。通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外-可见光谱、X-射线单晶衍射对其进行了结构表征。该晶体经X-射线衍射确定为三斜晶系,空间群P 1,晶胞参数a=5.202 7(5),b=16.691 6(16),c=20.237(2),α=88.895(10)°,β=84.127(1)°,γ=83.577(10)°,V=1 737.2(3)3,Z=1,F(000)=848,S=1.042,ρcalcd=1.561g.cm-3,μ=1.411 mm-1,R1=0.076 0和wR2=0.231 8。该配合物包含两个不同配位环境的独立结构单元。独立结构单元一为略微扭曲的四方锥构型,铜(Ⅰ)采取五配位的几何环境;而另一独立结构单元二,铜(Ⅱ)的几何环境亦为五配位,通过羧基的桥连作用形成沿a轴延伸的一维链状聚合物。
A novel copper coordination polymer [CuL (H2O) 2] [CuL (H2O)] 3.4H2O} n was synthesized by the reaction of Cu (Ⅱ) with L-methionine triclosan C13H16NO4SK . The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal was identified as a triclinic system by X-ray diffraction with space group P 1 with unit cell parameters a = 5.202 7 (5) , b = 16.691 6 (16) , c = 20.237 2, 88.895 (10) °, β = 84.127 (1) °, γ = 83.577 (10) °, V = 1 737.2 (3) 3, Z = 1, F (000) = 848, S = 1.042, ρcalcd = 1.561 μ = 1.411 mm-1, R1 = 0.076 0 and wR2 = 0.231 8. The complex contains two distinct units of coordination structure. One of the independent structural units is a slightly distorted tetragonal pyramidal structure, and the copper (I) adopts a five-coordinate geometric environment; while the other independent structural unit two, the geometric environment of copper (II) One-dimensional chain polymers extending along the a-axis are formed.
