风湿热常累及心肌、心内膜及心包,形成风湿性心脏病(包括全心炎)。另外也可累及心脏的传导系统,产生相对应的心电图改变。为探讨风湿性心脏炎临床心电图特点,本文就我院儿科近10年来收治的风湿性心脏炎患儿的临床心电图进行回顾性分析如下。 1 资料及方法 1.1临床资料:177例风湿性心脏炎患儿为我院儿科自1987年1月至1996年12月收住的患儿。 Rheumatic fever often affects the myocardium, endocardium and pericardium, the formation of rheumatic heart disease (including whole heart inflammation). In addition can also affect the heart’s conduction system, resulting in the corresponding ECG changes. In order to explore the characteristics of clinical ECG of rheumatic carditis, we retrospectively analyzed the clinical ECG of children with rheumatic carditis admitted to our hospital for nearly 10 years. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data: 177 cases of children with rheumatic carditis in our hospital from January 1987 to December 1996 admitted to children.
