我院于1984年7月至12月,对需放置IUD者,经官腔测量后,专人放置国产TCu220C IUD共计100例,经24～28个月观察,无1例节育器脱落和带器受孕的现象发生,取得满意的效果。材料与方法一、大连医疗器械厂产GCH型宫腔测量器;无锡市医疗器材厂产宫腔探测器;天津市医疗器械四厂制造T Cu 220C型宫内节育器。二、术前常规检查血常规、宫颈情况;以GCH型宫腔测量器测量官腔,将宫颈管扩张至6mm后,将TCu220C ILID放置宫腔,术后拍摄腹部前后位
