以自行合成的丝氨酸铜Cu(Ser)2和甘氨酰甘氨酸铜Cu(Gly-Gly)2作为SOD模拟物,在pH7.8及(20.0±0.5)℃条件下,用脉冲辐解法分别研究其催化超氧阴离子自由基(O)歧化反应的动力学,得到了反应级数n及催化速率常数kcat,并初步探讨了反应机理.证实了水溶液中Cu(Ⅱ)-氨基酸络合物催化O歧化反应乒乓机理中的第一步反应是整个反应过程的速控步骤.
The self-synthesized serine copper Cu (Ser) 2 and glycylglycine copper Cu (Gly-Gly) 2 were used as SOD mimics at pH7.8 and (20.0 ± 0.5) ℃, The kinetics of the catalysis of the disproportionation reaction of superoxide anion radical (O) was studied respectively. The reaction order n and the catalytic rate constant kcat were obtained. The reaction mechanism was also discussed. It was confirmed that Cu (II) -amino acid complex in aqueous solution catalyzed the O-disproportionation reaction. The first step in the ping-pong mechanism is the quick step of the whole reaction process.
