“团体凝聚力”理论从“质”的角度为甘肃省新建本科院校体育教师队伍建设给予新的研究思路。依据卡伦关于团体凝聚力的定义和构成凝聚力的4维模型,对甘肃省新建本科院校体育教师凝聚力现状进行调查和缜密剖析,指出甘肃省新建本科院校体育教师队伍内部凝聚力方面还存在较多的问题,旨在为体育教师凝聚力建设提供理论依据。
“Cohesion ” theory from the “quality ” point of view for the construction of physical education teachers in new undergraduate colleges in Gansu Province to give new ideas. According to Karen’s definition of group cohesion and the 4-dimensional model of cohesion, this paper investigates and analyzes carefully the status quo of the cohesion of physical education teachers in the new undergraduate colleges in Gansu province. It points out that there are still many internal cohesion forces in physical education teachers in new undergraduate colleges in Gansu Province The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for the construction of physical education teachers’ cohesion.
