我的发言,想讲两个问题:一是对督促检查的几点认识;二是关于学习一月全国党委系统秘书长座谈会精神的一些体会。第一个问题,对督促检查的几点认识。大家知道,自从党的十一届三中全会之后,特别是一九八五年一月全国秘书长办公斤主任座谈会之后,办公厅秘书工作有了两大突破,两大新的发展,就是信息工作和查办工作。这两项在全国都形成了网络,成为办公厅的两项重要职责。现在,全国秘书工作的理论研究和实践活动正处在一个蒸蒸日上的阶段。作为一门科学,这朵秘书学的奇葩已在我国各级秘书工作部门初步现示它的异彩,发挥它的作用。可以预料,来自秘书工作实践的理论,将会进一步推动秘书工作实践的发展。这次十五省区市督办查办工作座谈会的发言,亦将对督促检查工作发生良好的影响。 My speech wants to talk about two issues: First, what is the understanding of supervision and inspection; second, some experiences on studying the spirit of the symposium held by the Secretary-General of the National Party Committee in January? The first question, to urge the inspection of a few understanding. As we all know, since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, especially after the convening of a forum on director-generals’ work in January 1985 in the country, there have been two major breakthroughs in the work of secretary generals. Two major new developments are Information work and investigation work. Both of these networks formed a network throughout the country and became two important responsibilities of the General Office. Now, the theoretical research and practical activities of the national secretary work are in a period of rapid development. As a science, the wonderful work of this secretary has shown its splendor and its role in the work of secretarial departments at all levels in our country. It can be expected that the theory from secretary’s work practice will further promote the development of secretary’s work practice. The speeches made by the 15 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities to supervise the handling of work forums will also exert a good influence on the supervision and inspection work.
