中国是茶叶的故乡,种茶、制茶、饮茶都起源于我国。茶为日常生活中必不可少的食物之一,茶中有食,食中有茶。民谚云:“早起开门七件事,柴米油盐酱醋茶。”乾隆皇帝则有感曰:“君不可一日无茶。”可见茶在中国人生活中的重要地位。明清时期的镇江,水陆交通发达,东南茶叶和南北各窑茶具,经长江和运河抵运镇江,茶文化遗存十分丰富。镇江博物馆所藏明清陶瓷茶具,除一部分为清宫旧藏和传世品外,还有相当一部分是明清墓葬及遗址中的出土品,反映了明清时期镇江饮茶文化的兴盛。 China is the hometown of tea, tea growing, tea making, drinking tea originated in China.
