鸟胺酸脱羧酶抗酶(ornithine decarboxylase antizyme,OAZ)基因通过特殊的阅读框移机制翻译全长有功能的抗酶蛋白,结合并降解鸟氨酸脱羧酶,使细胞内多聚胺浓度下降,抑制细胞增殖。抗酶还能结合cyclinD1,阻滞细胞周期。此外,OAZ还能够引起肿瘤细胞逆分化。它在多种肿瘤细胞中呈低表达,对肿瘤细胞的基因治疗有重要意义。
