随着社会的进步和发展,企业对员工的福利待遇和其他待遇关注度和重视程度越来越高,“以人为本”的理念得到了进一步落实。就员工医疗保障而言,许多企业已为员工建立了企业员工补充医疗保险,在基本医疗保险的基础上进一步增强了员工医疗保障水平,提升了抗疾病风险能力,有效减轻了员工就医经济压力。本文则对企业企业职工补充医疗保险的有效管理进行简要分析。
With the progress and development of the society, enterprises pay more and more attention to employee welfare and other benefits, and the concept of “people-oriented” has been further implemented. As far as staff medical insurance is concerned, many enterprises have set up employee supplementary medical insurance for their employees, further enhanced their medical insurance standards on the basis of basic medical insurance, improved the ability to resist diseases and risks, and effectively reduced the pressure on medical treatment of employees. This article analyzes the effective management of supplementary medical insurance for enterprise employees.
