为解决5Cr21Mn9Ni4N(21-4N)车削刀具耐用度低的问题,对奥氏体不锈钢21-4N的切削性能进行了分析。指出细晶粒含TiC硬质合金及CBN与WC-Co合金的复合刀片将是车削21-4N的主要刀片材料。
In order to solve the problem of low durability of 5Cr21Mn9Ni4N (21-4N) turning tools, the cutting performance of austenitic stainless steel 21-4N was analyzed. It is pointed out that the fine grain TiC cemented carbide and the composite inserts of CBN and WC-Co alloy will be the main blade materials for turning 21-4N.
