目的探讨MRI联合3D-TOFMRA在诊断脑血管畸形中的价值。方法采用GE3.0HDX超导磁共振机对25例DSA或后经手术证实的脑血管畸形患者进行检查,分别应用MRI和3D-TOF(三维时间飞越法)MRA。结果 MRI的敏感度和特异度为96%和75%,3D-TOFMRA敏感度和特异度分别为92%和91.3%,两种方法联合后敏感度和特异度均提高至100%。结论联合应用MRI和3D-TOFMRA可提高脑血管畸形检查的敏感度和特异度,降低了病人痛苦。
Objective To investigate the value of MRI combined with 3D-TOF MRA in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular malformations. Methods Twenty-five patients with cerebrovascular malformation confirmed by surgery or DSA were examined with GE3.0HDX superconducting magnetic resonance (MR) machine and MRA was performed with 3D-TOF and 3D-TOF respectively. Results The sensitivity and specificity of MRI were 96% and 75% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of 3D-TOFMRA were 92% and 91.3% respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of both methods were all increased to 100%. Conclusion The combined application of MRI and 3D-TOFMRA can improve the sensitivity and specificity of cerebrovascular malformation examination and reduce the patient’s pain.
