1984年上半年,攀钢炼铁厂生铁产量首次突破百万吨大关,与去年同期相比,高炉利用系数提高0.049tFe/m~3·d,焦比下降6kg/tFe。同时还完成科研、双革项目十项,创造、节约经济价值621万元。现将其中有代表性的、效益较大的项目介绍如下: (一)采用大批重正分装装料制度 为了强化高炉冶炼、降低焦比、提高煤气利用率,攀钢炼铁厂先后在三座高炉上进行了大批重分装试验。试验目的在于探索现有原料条件(烧结矿含铁量为46.13%,小于5mm粉末达17%)下,高炉采用大批重分装的可行性、合适的批重
