A Japanese Writer Suicide is a Cultural Phenomenon Turning the history of modern Japanese literature, we can find such a perplexing phenomenon: the continuous talented Japanese writer committed suicide. From the Meiji era and the Taisho era to this day, we ended ourselves with the methods of suicide by writers such as Kitamura Touzu, Takeujima Takeuchi, Akutagawa Ryunosuke, Makino Shinichi, Dazai Zhi, Tanaka Kouying, Mishima Yukio and Kawabata Yasunari s life. There are many differences in the methods and opinions of scholars in China and Japan in the search for the cause of suicide of Japanese writers. In the past, researchers of Japanese literature in China, for a variety of subjective and objective reasons, always explored why Japanese writers committed suicide from a social, political, and economic point of view. Although this can explain some problems, it seems less complete today and the problems are far from simple.
