目的:用差示分光光度法消除辅料干扰,测定复方解热凝胶中对乙酰氨基酚含量。方法:以相同浓度的水溶液为参比,0.01mol·L~(-1)NaOH溶液为样品,于波长266nm处测定吸收度。结果:对乙酰氨基酚浓度在6.7~13.3μg·ml~(-1)范围内呈线性关系,γ=0.9999;回收率为100.3%(n=5),RSD=0.4%。结论:应用本方法测定凝胶中的对乙酰氨基酚含量,操作简单,结果准确。
OBJECTIVE: To eliminate the interference of excipients with differential spectrophotometry and determine the content of paracetamol in compound solution gel. Methods: The same concentration of aqueous solution as a reference, 0.01mol · L -1 NaOH solution as a sample, measured at a wavelength of 266nm at the absorbance. Results: The linear range of acetaminophen was 6.7 ~ 13.3μg · ml ~ (-1), γ = 0.9999; the recovery was 100.3% (n = 5) and the RSD was 0.4%. Conclusion: This method for the determination of paracetamol in the gel content, simple operation, the results are accurate.
