以加氢制备3,4-二氯苯胺为探针反应,考察Pt-Cu-V/C用于加氢制备卤代芳胺的选择性和活性。得到较佳的工艺条件:100 m L乙醇,50 g 3,4-二氯硝基苯,0.02 g催化剂(占硝基物质量的0.04%),反应温度75℃,反应压力1.0 MPa。实验结果表明:反应无脱氯副反应发生,产物含量达到99.9%;催化剂不补加,可连续套用2次。
Hydrogenation of 3,4-dichloroaniline was used as a probe to investigate the selectivity and activity of Pt-Cu-V / C for hydrogenation of halogenated aromatic amines. The optimum conditions were as follows: 100 m L of ethanol, 50 g of 3,4-dichloronitrobenzene and 0.02 g of catalyst (accounting for 0.04% of the mass of the nitro compound). The reaction temperature was 75 ℃ and the reaction pressure was 1.0 MPa. The experimental results show that: the reaction without dechlorination side reactions occur, the product content of 99.9%; catalyst is not added, can be applied continuously for 2 times.
