目的:建立普通高校体育安全风险防控指标体系,指导高校构建体育安全风险防控网络建设;方法:在查阅、梳理、总结相关文献的基础上,采用逻辑推理法、德尔菲法建模;结果:专家咨询的熟悉程度系数Ca为0.924,判断系数Cs为0.866,专家的权威系数为0.895,专家的权威程度较高,确定的4个二级指标、10个三级指标以及34个四级指标的高校体育安全风险防控指标体系。结论:通过对高校构建体育安全风险防控指标体系的研究,可为高校健康、高效建立体育安全风险防控网络提供理论依据和技术支持。
Objective: To set up an index system of prevention and control of physical security risks in colleges and universities, and to guide the construction of a physical security risk prevention and control network in colleges and universities. Methods: Based on the review, review and summarization of related literatures, logical reasoning method and Delphi method were established. : Expert Consultation familiarity coefficient Ca is 0.924, coefficient of judgment Cs is 0.866, expert’s coefficient of authority is 0.895, expert’s authority is higher, 4 second-level indicators, 10 third-level indicators and 34 fourth-level indicators College sports safety risk prevention and control index system. Conclusion: Through the research on the establishment of physical education safety risk prevention and control index system in colleges and universities, it can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the establishment of healthy prevention and control network of sports safety risk in colleges and universities.
