针对锌加压浸出压力釜中的砖板内衬长期在高温、高压、强氧化性(气相区氧分压高)、多酸(硫酸、盐酸和氢氟酸共存)的恶劣腐蚀环境下工作问题,为了保护内衬,采用试验室内压力釜进行生产条件模拟试验,研究了砌筑砖板内衬的TJ-ZnGYF耐温耐压防腐胶泥在不同条件下的物理性能。经生产实践证明,TJ-ZnGYF胶泥各项性能满足锌加压浸出的特殊生产工艺条件。

The production practice has proved that the various properties of TJ-ZnGYF clay zinc leaching to meet the special production process conditions.
