The correlation and specific relationship between oncogenes and anti-oncogenes and tumors have been studied at home and abroad and are now moving from the laboratory to the clinical application. In this paper, the detection of C-myc oncogene mRNA in the pleural fluid of lung cancer patients was performed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The purpose is to discuss the value of clinical application of tumor gene diagnosis and find sensitive for differential diagnosis, metastasis monitoring and recurrence of tumors.
