[目的]对赤芍与白芍不同部位中芍药苷以及苯甲酸的含量差异进行分析探讨。[方法]采取高效液相色谱法展开含量分析。[结果]经比较得知,两种药材的不同部位的芍药苷与苯甲酸含量存在较大差异。[结论]利用高效液相色谱法对赤芍、白芍不同部位的化学成分进行分析,可以为今后的临床应用提高可靠的实验参考,值得关注。 [Objective] To analyze the differences of paeoniflorin and benzoic acid in different parts of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Paeoniae Alba. [Method] The content analysis was carried out by high performance liquid chromatography. [Result] The results showed that the content of paeoniflorin and benzoic acid in different parts of two kinds of medicinal materials were quite different. [Conclusion] The analysis of the chemical constituents of different parts of Radix Paeoniae Alba and Radix Paeoniae Rubra using high performance liquid chromatography can be used to improve the reliable experimental reference for future clinical application, which deserves our attention.
