结合交通部最新颁布的《公路工程施工监理规范》和作者多年的监理工作体会,论述了公路工程施工阶段做好安全监理和环境保护监理的方法和措施。
Combined with the latest “Highway Construction Supervision Code” and the author’s supervisory work experience for many years promulgated by the Ministry of Communications, the methods and measures for safety supervision and environmental protection supervision during highway construction are discussed.
