本文针对箱式电阻炉、天然气炉和煤气炉等加热设备及不同加热温度对纯镍板材表面污染层厚度的影响进行了研究。结果表明,纯镍板材在三种不同的加热设备中加热至1,000℃,保温6 h后空冷,煤气炉加热的表面污染层厚度值最大,箱式电阻炉次之,燃气炉最小;在箱式电阻炉里加热,纯镍板材的表面污染层厚度随着加热温度的升高逐渐增加。
In this paper, the effects of heating equipment such as box resistance furnace, natural gas furnace and gas furnace and different heating temperature on the thickness of pollution layer on the surface of pure nickel plate were studied. The results show that the pure nickel plate is heated to 1,000 ℃ in three different heating equipments, air-cooled after holding for 6 h, and the thickness of the surface pollution layer heated by the gas furnace is the largest, followed by the box type resistance furnace and the gas furnace; Resistance furnace heating, pure nickel sheet surface contamination layer thickness increases with the heating temperature increases.
