各种活塞往复式内燃机的重要零配件之一的活塞,其非正圆裙部长期以来是采用传统的仿形车和磨的方法加工的。近年来,国外工业发达国家已采用金刚石车刀套车的加工工艺。套车的质量和效率均比传统的仿型车、磨工艺高得多。国外多把活塞裙套车工艺和装备列为专利。 为改变我国活塞加工的面貌,研制高质高效的活塞裙部加工工艺及其装备,在开展国家重点中间试验项目“活塞加工综合自动线”的研制过程中,我所进行了活塞椭锥形裙部套车工艺和套车装置结构的试验研究。本文概述了研究成果,叙述了国内外活塞裙部加工的现状,以及活塞裙部套车原理及其误差的分析与计算等。
Pistons, one of the major components of various piston-reciprocating internal combustion engines, have long been machined using conventional profiling and grinding methods. In recent years, foreign industrialized countries have adopted the diamond turning tool set car processing technology. The quality and efficiency of the truck are much higher than the traditional imitation car, grinding technology. Piston skirts abroad more than the car technology and equipment as a patent. In order to change the appearance of piston processing in our country and to develop high-quality and efficient piston skirt processing technology and equipment, during the research and development of “Piston Processing Integrated Automatic Line”, a national key pilot project, Experimental Research on the Technology of Carts and the Structure of Carts. This paper summarizes the research results, describes the current situation of the piston skirt at home and abroad, as well as the piston skirt skirting principle and error analysis and calculation.
