聚乙烯是现如今我们所熟知的一种产品,聚乙烯是一种以乙烯为主要原料进行合成后可以获得的热塑性很好的树脂。在我国的行业中已经得到了非常广泛的应用。目前,生产聚乙烯有两种制作工艺,分别是高压法以及低压法,通过这两种不同的工艺制作出的聚乙烯也是有着不同的特点,不过在生产过程中还是有很大的风险性。所以,对于高压法以及低压法在生产聚乙烯的过程中存在的危险性,研究人员要认真的分析发生危险的原因,以保障生产的安全。本文中就是针对这两种生产工艺的方法,研究这两种生产工艺的安全性比较,找出最为适合的生产工艺,保障生产人员的人身安全。
Polyethylene is a product nowadays known to us. Polyethylene is a very good thermoplastic resin that can be obtained by synthesizing ethylene as the main raw material. In our country’s industry has been very widely used. At present, there are two production processes for the production of polyethylene, namely the high-pressure process and the low-pressure process respectively. Polyethylene produced by these two different processes also has different characteristics, but there is still a great risk in the production process. Therefore, for the high pressure method and low pressure method in the production of polyethylene in the process of the existence of the risk, the researchers should carefully analyze the causes of the danger, in order to ensure the safety of production. This article is aimed at these two production processes, research on the safety of these two production processes comparison to find the most suitable production technology to protect the personal safety of production personnel.
