很多关于企业资源投资经济效果评价的研究都集中在设备、工艺等物质资源投资经济效果的评价方面,而忽视了人才招聘、开发等人力资源投资经济效果的评价问题。其实,分析企业人力资源投资的经济效果可以指导人力资源投资决策,有利于减少在人力资源上的盲目投资造成的经济损失和机会成本。对企业来说,人力资源投资经济效果评价与物质资源投资经济效果评价是同等重要的。
Many researches on the evaluation of the economic effects of investment in enterprise resources have focused on the evaluation of the economic effects of investment in physical resources such as equipment and technology while ignoring the evaluation of the economic effects of human resources investment such as recruitment and development of human resources. In fact, analyzing the economic effects of human resources investment in enterprises can guide the decision-making of human resources investment and help to reduce the economic losses and opportunity costs caused by blind investment in human resources. For enterprises, the economic evaluation of human resources investment and economic evaluation of material resources investment is equally important.
