目的观察ET-1与vWF之间的相关性及葛根素注射液对内皮损伤因子指标的影响。方法选取不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者77例,随机分成A组(n=39,常规药物+葛根素注射液)和B组(n=38,常规药物);稳定型心绞痛(SA)患者为C组(n=20);冠状动脉造影检查阴性者为D组(n=25),均在治疗前测定血浆ET-1,vWF含量。A、B组治疗2周后再测定各值。治疗后根据血浆ET-1,vWF含量指标改变评价药物疗效。结果治疗前A、B组血浆ET-1,vWF浓度高于C、D组,C组血浆ET-1,vWF浓度高于D组;治疗后A、B组血浆ET-1,vWF浓度下降,且A组较B组下降显著;UA患者血浆ET-1与vWF呈正相关。结论血浆ET-1及vWF能反应血管内皮功能损伤情况,其水平的高低代表了病情严重程度;葛根素注射液可以保护血管内皮功能。
Objective To observe the correlation between ET-1 and vWF and the effect of puerarin on endothelial injury index. Methods Totally 77 patients with unstable angina pectoris (UA) were randomly divided into group A (n = 39, conventional drug + puerarin injection) and group B (n = 38, conventional drug). Patients with stable angina pectoris (SA) Group C (n = 20); Group D with negative coronary angiography (n = 25). Plasma ET-1 and vWF levels were measured before treatment. A, B group after treatment for 2 weeks before measuring the value. After treatment according to the changes of plasma ET-1, vWF content indicators to evaluate the efficacy of the drug. Results The plasma levels of ET-1 and vWF in groups A and B before treatment were higher than those in groups C and D, and the concentrations of ET-1 and vWF in group C were higher than those in group D. After treatment, the concentrations of ET-1 and vWF in groups A and B decreased, And group A decreased significantly compared with group B. Plasma ET-1 and vWF were positively correlated in UA patients. Conclusions Plasma ET-1 and vWF can reflect the vascular endothelial dysfunction. The level of ET-1 and vWF represents the severity of the disease. Puerarin injection can protect endothelial function.
