随着我国教育事业的繁荣与发展,广大教育工作者通过写作而条理和深化自己对教育活动的认识进而指导工作实践的自觉性日益提高,看稿、用稿、写稿的积极性空前高涨。作为一名教育专业期刊的编辑,编者对此深受颇深。然而,每当面对案头与日俱增的来稿,欣喜之余亦生几多遗憾:来稿中,文意丰沛者有,见解深警者有,词采斐然者有,然集写稿精要于一体,通写作真缔于身心者却是风毛麟角,便有了投稿者数投不见一用、编辑者苦觅不见好稿的矛盾。如何通过写作促进自身的学习与研究,如何通过编写双方的沟通了解彼此的需求,是本刊编辑思量日久的问题。为此,本刊编辑部特邀《中国成人教育》杂志社社长兼主编罗树华为本刊投稿指要撰文指导,以期在我刊与广大作者之间搭起写稿与用稿之间的桥梁。
With the prosperity and development of our country’s educational undertakings, the majority of educators have organized and deepened their awareness of educational activities through writing, which in turn has led to more and more self-consciousness in guiding our work practice. The enthusiasm for reading and using manuscripts and manuscripts has never been higher. As an editorial editor of education, this is deeply rooted by editors. However, whenever we face the ever-increasing manuscript of the case, we regret the joy of our work. In the manuscripts, there are many types of people who are interested in prosecution. It really is in the body and mind who is rare, there will be a number of contributors voted out of use, editors struggling to find a good draft contradictions. How to promote their own learning and research through writing, how to understand each other’s needs through the preparation of communication between the two sides, is the editor of the issue of long considered. To this end, our editorial department invited “China Adult Education” magazine president and chief editor Luo Shuhua contributor to the article refers to the author’s guidance, with a view to my essay writing with the majority of authors bridge.
