研究了大连星海浴场中大肠杆菌的耐药性,对从海水中分离出的36株疑似大肠杆菌进行生理生化鉴定和分子学鉴定发现8株为大肠杆菌,并采用K-B纸片法测定了其对12种常见抗生素的耐药性。药敏实验结果显示,所有大肠杆菌菌株均表现出耐药性,并对12种所选抗生素中的10种抗生素的耐药率超过了50%,其中,对利福平的耐药率为100%;而对复方新诺明,氯霉素的耐药率分别为37.5%和25%。通过分析大肠杆菌耐药谱发现,100%的大肠杆菌菌株表现出了多重耐药性,其中,87.5%的大肠杆菌对3种及其以上的抗生素表现出抗性。上述结果表明大连星海浴场中大肠杆菌的多重耐药状况严重。
The antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli in Xinghai beach in Dalian was studied. Physiological and biochemical identification of 36 suspected Escherichia coli isolated from seawater and molecular identification showed that 8 strains were Escherichia coli. Resistance to 12 common antibiotics. The results of antimicrobial susceptibility test showed that all of the E. coli strains showed drug resistance, and the resistance rates to 10 antibiotics among the 12 selected antibiotics exceeded 50%, of which the resistance to rifampin was 100 %; While the resistance to cotrimoxazole, chloramphenicol were 37.5% and 25% respectively. By analyzing Escherichia coli resistance spectrum, 100% of E. coli strains showed multiple drug resistance, of which, 87.5% of Escherichia coli showed resistance to three or more antibiotics. The above results show that multi-drug resistance status of Escherichia coli in Xinghai Beach in Dalian is serious.
