我车间叉形突缘生产线的第一道工序采用沈阳第二机床厂制造的卧式六轴半自动车床进行加工。该机床工作可靠,效率较高,但由于是人工上下料,劳动强度很高,一般需要二个人才能正常操作。在调试生产过程中,同志们对该机床进行改革,增添了一套气动自动上下料机构,实现了机床全自动,改善了劳动条件,一个人就能正常操作。经几个月来的生产考验,动作稳定可靠。
The first process of fork workshop in our workshop adopts the horizontal six-axis semi-automatic lathe made by Shenyang No.2 Machine Tool Plant. The machine work reliably, high efficiency, but because it is manually loading and unloading, labor-intensive, generally require two people to operate normally. In the process of commissioning and manufacturing, the comrades carried out the reform on the machine tool and added a set of pneumatic automatic loading and unloading mechanism to realize automatic machine tool, improve working conditions and enable normal operation of one person. After several months of production tests, the operation is stable and reliable.
