在自治区八届人大常委会第28次会议上,我们安排听取审议了自治区公安厅、自治区高级人民法院、自治区人民检察院关于贯彻实施国家赔偿法情况的报告和自治区人大常委会执法检查组关于检查国家赔偿法贯彻执行情况的报告。组成人员在审议上述报告时一致认为,国家赔偿法颁布和正式实施以来,自治区各级公安、法院、检察院是比较重视的,在学习法律、建规立制、依法实施方面做了大量工作,也取得了一定的成绩。但从总体上看,我区实施国家赔偿法的工作还处在起步阶段,还有很多不尽人意的地方,离法律的规定和各族群众的要求还有相当大的差距。从报告反映出的情况看,赔偿请求人要求国家赔偿的不多,起诉到法院的也少, At the 28th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eighth National People’s Congress, we arranged to hear and examine the reports of the Municipal People’s Procuratorate, the Municipal People’s Procuratorate and the Municipal People’s Procuratorate on the implementation of the State Compensation Law and the law enforcement inspection team of the Standing Committee of the NPC on the inspection of the country Compensation Law Implementation Report.
