The human lung adenocarcinoma cell line SPC-A-1 was established and used as an immunogen after immunization with anti-human normal lung antiserum to immunize BALB/C mice. The spleen cells of the immunized mice were fused with syngeneic NS-1 or SP 2/0 myeloma cells, and 17 hybridoma cells secreting anti-lung cancer monoclonal antibodies were obtained by indirect immunofluorescence and enzyme label assay.
