通过硬度、屈服强度测定和透射电镜技术等研究了基体钢中加入Ni的回火特征。结果表明,加入1~2%Ni显著提高了合金的二次硬化效应,并加宽了硬化的峰值温度范围。电镜研究指出,加入Ni促使M_2C析出,并延滞碳化物的长大速度。经低温回火,Ni强烈稳定残留奥氏体,但经500℃以上温度回火,残留奥氏体的数量增加不多。表明Ni对二次硬化的影响与Co相似。
The tempering characteristics of Ni added to matrix steel were studied by hardness, yield strength and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the addition of 1 ~ 2% Ni significantly improves the secondary hardening effect and widens the peak temperature range of hardening. Electron microscopy studies indicate that the addition of Ni promotes the precipitation of M 2 C and delays the growth of carbides. After low temperature tempering, Ni strongly stable retained austenite, but after the temperature above 500 ℃ tempering, the amount of retained austenite increased little. The effect of Ni on secondary hardening is similar to that of Co.
