Objective To study the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and erythrocyte immune status in peripheral blood of children with different serum zinc levels. Methods Seventy-five children from July 2015 to July 2016 were divided into group A (serum zinc <10.0μmol / L), group B (serum zinc 15 cases in group C (serum zinc 10.8 ~ 12.5μmol / L), 15 cases in group D (serum zinc 12.6-14.0μmol / L) and group E (serum zinc 14.1 ~ 15.3μmol / L group) .And then five groups of children’s peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and erythrocyte immune status indicators were detected, and compared five groups of children’s test results. Results The CD8 +, FEIR and RBC-ICR in group A were (32.56 ± 3.37)%, (36.67 ± 3.11)% and (19.38 ± 1.35)%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in group B (29.31 ± 3.13% (29.46 ± 2.80)% and (12.96 ± 1.01)% in group C (23.42 ± 2.65)% and (24.27 ± 2.67)% in group D (10.44 ± 0.85)% and (20.25 ± 2.23)%, (20.27 ± 2.55)% and (7.25 ± 0.63)% respectively in group B and group C, group D and group E Group and E group, D group than E group. The other T lymphocyte subsets and erythrocyte immune status of A group were lower than those of B group, C group, D group and E group, B group was lower than C group, D group and E group, while C group was lower than D Group E and Group D were lower than Group E (P <0.05). Conclusion There are some differences in T lymphocyte subsets and erythrocyte immune status in children with different serum zinc levels. Therefore, attention should be paid to the regulation of zinc level in children.
