采用有限元法,借助ANSYS软件和自己编制的子程序,通过数值计算详细分析了球磨机静压轴承系统轴瓦回油槽、油腔位置等对承载能力的影响,并对流场进行了数值模拟。根据计算结果已成功完成静压轴承系统设计和浇油润滑的滑动轴承到静压轴承改造。所得结论为设计优良、可靠的轴瓦结构提供了前提,并为进一步优化设计提供了定量依据。
By using the finite element method and ANSYS software and its own subroutine, the influence of the oil return groove and the oil chamber of the ball mill hydrostatic bearing system on the bearing capacity is analyzed in detail by numerical calculation. The numerical simulation of the flow field is carried out. Based on the calculation results, the hydrostatic bearing system design and oiling lubrication have been successfully completed. The conclusions provide the preconditions for designing a good and reliable bearing shell structure and provide a quantitative basis for further optimization of the design.
