随着钻井综合信息采集技术的不断发展,综合数据管理、分析和应用技术的不断提高,使得钻井工程设计更加有据可循。井身结构设计对钻井施工质量有着重要意义,为了保证钻井工程实施作业的安全性,提高钻井效率,减少钻井事故复杂,在分析总结井身结构设计影响因素及其事故发生原因的基础上,建立了基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法的井身结构设计风险评价模型,对井身结构设计进行量化分析。介绍了井身结构设计风险评价系统的工艺流程,风险因素分析和评价方法确定及其评价技术。该系统在川西北JLS地区进行了测试应用,应用结果表明,该系统能够很好的进行井身结构风险评价分析,为井身结构设计优化提供技术支撑。
With the continuous development of drilling comprehensive information acquisition technology, the continuous improvement of comprehensive data management, analysis and application technology makes drilling engineering design more evidence-based. Wellbore structure design is of great significance to the construction quality of drilling. In order to ensure the safety of drilling operation, improve the drilling efficiency and reduce the complexity of drilling accident, based on the analysis of the factors affecting the design of well structure and the causes of the accident, Based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the risk model of well structure design is analyzed and the well structure design is quantitatively analyzed. The paper introduces the technological process of risk assessment system for well structure design, the analysis of risk factors, the determination of evaluation methods and the evaluation techniques. The system is tested and applied in JLS area of northwestern Sichuan Province. The application results show that the system can well evaluate the risk of wellbore structure and provide technical support for well structure design and optimization.
