B级钢堆焊修复的组织和性能研究

采用开坡口的手工电弧焊方法对已存在缺陷的B级钢(ZG25CrMnNi)铁路货车摇枕侧架进行堆焊修复,并对焊后件进行了组织观察、硬度、拉伸性能和低温冲击韧性检测。结果表明:B级钢焊补后具有良好的力学性能;焊缝组织为不同生长方向的柱状晶,相变重结晶区内为均匀细小的珠光体和铁素体组织,但是在过热区内出现了魏氏组织,同时仍然产生了一些焊接缺陷,如气孔、夹杂、魏氏组织等,且焊接坡口内的组织不太均匀,需要进一步采取一定的方法进行改善。 By using the manual arc welding method with bevel, surfacing repair was carried out on the side frame of the existing grade B steel (ZG25CrMnNi) railway wagon, and the microstructure, hardness, tensile properties and low temperature impact toughness Detection.
