采用金相、SEM、TEM、XRD等手段 ,对不同热处理条件下的 5 5Cr5NiMo钢的接触疲劳性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,5 5Cr5NiMoV钢直接淬火 +回火热处理条件下材料的接触疲劳强度高于等温淬火 +回火者。 5 5Cr5NiMoV钢的淬火 +回火组织以位错马氏体为主 ,有少量的残留奥氏体 ;等温淬火 +回火组织主要为贝氏体。
The contact fatigue properties of 55Cr5NiMo steel under different heat treatment conditions were studied by means of metallography, SEM, TEM and XRD. The results show that the contact fatigue strength of 55Cr5NiMoV steel under direct quenching and tempering heat treatment is higher than that of isothermal quenching and tempering. The quenching and tempering of 5Cr5NiMoV steel is dominated by dislocation martensite with a small amount of retained austenite. The isothermal quenching and tempering are mainly bainite.
