一、菌丝徒长 营养生长旺盛,迟迟不进行生殖生长,即只长菌丝不见子实体的现象,称为菌丝徒长。其原因主要是菇房温度偏高,通风条件差,尤其是当培养料表面湿度过大,含水量高于90％时,易形成菌丝徒长。 防治方法:菌丝已长透培养料后,加强菇房通风,或经常掀开薄膜增加通气,降低料面湿度;同时降低菇房温度,以抑制菌丝生长,促进子实体的形成。
