目的研究云南束花石斛化学成分,发现其活性成分.方法束花石斛全草经溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20柱层析进行分离纯化,波谱分析(核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、和质谱)确定结构.结果从该药用植物分离并鉴定了8个化合物,分别为:(1)2,5-dihydroxy-4,9-dimethoxyphenanthrene;(2)2,7-dihydroxy-4-meth oxy-9,10-dihy-drophenanthrene;(3)2,7-dihydroxy-4-methoxyphenanthrene;(4)Moscatin;(5)Gigantol;(6)Batatasin III;(7)Tristin;(8)Stigmasterol.结论化合物2为首次从束花石斛中得到.
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Dendrobium officinale from Yunnan and find out its active ingredients.METHODS The whole plant of Dendrobium nobile was isolated and purified by solvent extraction, silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The spectral analysis (1H NMR, , And mass spectrometry) Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified from the medicinal plants as follows: (1) 2,5-dihydroxy-4,9-dimethoxyphenanthrene, (2) methoxy-9-methoxyphenanthrene; (4) Moscatin; (5) Gigantol; (6) Batatasin III; (7) Tristin; (8) Stigmasterol. Conclusion Compound 2 was obtained from Dendrobium officinale for the first time.
